We’ve been serving our clients and communities in Aotearoa New Zealand for over 125 years. Starting in Ōtepoti Dunedin in 1898, Stantec’s presence in Aotearoa began with Edward Roberts, an engineer involved in everything from ship repairs to gold dredging design to the building of the Wingatui Viaduct. Today, Stantec’s office in Dunedin is one of many. With a team of more than 800 people working in the main cities and across regional offices throughout the motu (country), our engineers, designers, scientists, and project managers help our communities thrive.
