Hamilton Kirikiriroa

Hamilton Kirikiriroa

Hamilton’s a busy, vibrant city that retains the benefits of a smaller metropolitan area. Friendly people, beautiful parks and gardens, and trails along the Waikato River are just a few of the things that make it a great place to live. We’ve been working to keep it that way since 1999.

We’ve helped Hamilton City Council secure the long-term future of the city’s water supply by obtaining a 35-year consent for water from the Waikato River, the longest consent possible under the Resource Management Act. We’ve worked evenings and weekends to keep water and wastewater flowing after cyclones put the city’s trunk mains at risk of failure. And we’ve helped keep traffic flowing too, with transport design, road safety, economics, and project leadership.

We’ve also worked further afield, sharing our transport expertise to deliver instant, discernable improvements to rural life in Fiji.

Our work’s been commended by the New Zealand Planning Institute, Local Government New Zealand, the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia, and others. While we love the recognition, that’s not why we’re here. We do what we do because this is our community. In fact, you’ll often see us cheering on the Chiefs at Waikato Stadium. Say hi when you do!
