What’s Andrew’s goal? To champion the over 250 transport professionals he leads across Aotearoa. As Regional Director, he defines and sets the strategies that elevate his team to drive the future of transport infrastructure.
Andrew was instrumental in expanding the Waka Kotahi (New Zealand Transport Agency) business cases. It’s a line of work that few firms in Aotearoa have credentials for, and it’s transformational for our teams in this region. He also helped secure our role on Manu Tāiko, a project where we’re part of a team delivering over $5 billion worth of road upgrades around the country to help Waka Kotahi meet road safety targets.
Inspiring success is what Andrew does best—he strives for excellence by motivating teams, building rapport with clients, and turning pursuits into great outcomes. Andrew’s positive, can-do attitude was built in the sport of rugby union as well as business, and these days he brings that energy home as a father and role model to two young boys.
