A chartered professional electrical engineer, Pasan thrives on solving complex challenges. With extensive experience in industrial power and control systems, he takes a practical, outcome-focused approach when helping clients cut through complexity to deliver solutions that work in the real world. His expertise has been shaped by working on major infrastructure programmes, including leading the upgrade of control systems across more than 100 water and wastewater network assets in Auckland.
Pasan leads our Auckland Water team, guiding technical delivery, business performance, and growth across the region. While he enjoys tackling complex engineering problems, he finds the greatest satisfaction in supporting the next generation of engineers, helping them build confidence and capability.
