Steph McLeod
Senior Project Management & Commercial Leader/Project Delivery Leader, ANZ
Responsible for helping our project teams deliver client objectives, Steph instills commercial acumen and project management acuity among our delivery teams. As part of our Water group, Steph is responsible for over 60 project managers. She also drives delivery excellence across the Australia and New Zealand workstream by upskilling our teams while streamlining and continuously improving our delivery model.
She loves training, supporting, and sharing knowledge with her teams and is known for problem solving and proactive planning on complex, multidisciplinary projects. Steph understands managing client expectations and delivering in line with project objectives as well as our values that make a project successful. Much of Steph’s work has been on projects that span the water, transport, waste-to-energy, and dam sectors across New Zealand, Fiji, Thailand, and the UK.
In her free time, Steph enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter or listening to Brené Brown podcasts.
