A senior strategic advisor and community planner, Jodi has strong expertise in facilitation, engagement, capacity‑building, governance, and collaborative project delivery. She has worked extensively with Indigenous Nations on land‑based negotiations, consultation and accommodation, and implementation of Final and Self‑Government Agreements. She has also been involved with human resources and capacity building, community development, and initiatives supporting language revitalization and the safety of Indigenous women and girls.
With more than 20 years of experience across municipal, provincial, and territorial governments, Jodi leads complex, multi‑party projects with disciplined project management, clear communication, and a solutions‑oriented approach that supports confident implementation. She aims to facilitate projects that are grounded in clear objectives, responsive to emerging needs, and aligned with client priorities.
Jodi holds a master’s degree in community planning and is a registered professional planner. She’s also active in professional associations, including recent service on the Planning Practice and Reconciliation Committee and supporting the Future Planners Program.
