Pembina Canadian Diluent Hub

Design of an expandable tank terminal on a reclaimed piece of property delivered within a tight schedule and budget implemented with significant engineering value improvements.

Stantec provided engineering and procurement services, as well as, project controls, scheduling, and estimating for the re-FEED and Detailed engineering phases of the Canadian Dilulent Hub III project (CDHIII). The CDHIII terminal facilities included the addition of booster and mainline pumps, two 250,000 barrel tanks, prover, metering, 5 buildings, racks and ponds. The project was a multi-disciplined project encompassing all of the engineering disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, civil, structural, electrical and instrumentation).
