Shaping our communities on solid ground

We are modellers and designers, engineers and scientists. You’ll find us in the office, on site, and in the lab. When it comes to geotechnical engineering, we’re focused on solving design, construction, and rehabilitation issues impacting our communities where we live and work. Wherever structures meet the ground, we’re there to help create solutions for you with clarity and precision.

We pair modern site investigation technology and modelling with real experience, bringing unmatched expertise to the wide geotechnical spectrum—from planning, investigation, and design to execution and quality control.

Our services include construction monitoring and inspection, geohazard engineering for landslides, rockfalls, ground subsidence, erosive forces, and earthquakes and seismicity, and geotechnical engineering analysis and design. We also form an integral part of dam safety initiatives across the globe.

While our analysis may be complex, our end goal is simple: to make our communities stronger and safer for everyone, now and in the future.

The Path of Land and Sea

The Glen Innes to Tāmaki Drive Shared Path includes geotechnical feats: seven bridges, metres of retaining walls, a reinforced ramp, boardwalk, and a culvert extension with substantial retaining wall designed for construction traffic.
