Our GlobeWATCH services make use of Earth observation imaging solutions to offer new ways to scan, detect, and identify changes in the environment. Using a range of remote sensing technologies such as unmanned aerial systems (UAS), photogrammetry, LiDAR, underwater acoustics, and satellite imagery—in combination with in-person investigations—we provide a benchmark against which a site, object, or the environment can be regularly monitored and measured over time. 

In the resources sector, we use our remote sensing services to monitor deactivated mine sites for environmental performance. Monitoring over a period of time gives you a record of information, helping you make plans for action and remediation.
