Frank has spent over 30 years in remediation. As a regional business leader for environmental services, he is focused on driving excellence in the eastern United States. He is accountable for staff, project, and delivery systems, but understands that at the heart of a successful project is ensuring that strategic designs meet client needs. His areas of expertise include geology, hydrogeology, soils, design and installation of groundwater monitoring systems, sampling organic compounds, definition of environmental impacts from leaks and losses of petroleum hydrocarbons, and remediation of soil and groundwater.
