A detail-oriented problem solver, Steph integrates inputs from multiple disciplines into cohesive outcomes. She believes great design starts with listening—balancing client goals, technical requirements, and design to deliver places that inspire occupants and strengthen communities.
Committed to education and the architectural profession, Steph has guest lectured at the University of Manitoba, Red River College, and Passive House Canada, and has presented internationally at the World Architecture Festival.
