Hilal believes that the priorities in customer satisfaction are quality work, effective communication, a solution-oriented approach and honesty. In line with these principles, she has managed several projects with many customers across the country.
Hilal has dedicated her career to drinking water, wastewater and industrial treatment plants, waste-to-energy facilities, recovery facilities, and waste management for nearly 16 years. She served as project supervisor for the first sludge incineration and power generation plant in Türkiye (Bursa-2.5 MW) as well as for Türkiye's first waste incineration and power generation Plant (Istanbul EfW 77 MW), where she provided design supervision and acted as lead business project manager.
Leading up to her career at Stantec, Hilal completed her undergraduate in environmental engineering and completed a master's degree by operating a pilot facility based on Anammox and partial nitrification processes in domestic wastewater.
When she finds moments to relax, you can find Hilal reading, swimming, discovering classical Turkish arts, and traveling to new places.
