With new rules coming into force in England on 12th February, we outline the key changes that you need to know.
As we rise to meet England’s development challenges, we must protect our environment and opt for more sustainable delivery methods which support communities and provide wider benefits. The new Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) legislation is another step change in working towards these goals, But how do we work with the new regulations?
