With an aging population and a housing crisis, decisions taken by England’s central and local governments over the next few years will be crucial when defining how we plan for and deliver homes for older people. 

Stantec’s Later Living team has outlined its thoughts on how national and local planning policies can better support the later living sector. Their recommendations are set out in this blueprint which was published following the 2024 UK general election.
