The SCOPE: Culture change and the Building Safety Act

How is the construction industry embracing culture change as a result of the Building Safety Act?
The SCOPE is a podcast addressing important issues influencing the sustainable future of real estate, infrastructure, the environment, and communities.
The Building Safety Act brings ethics, responsibility, and competence to the fore, and demands a change in culture from the construction industry.
In this episode, James McNay, fire safety director with Stantec, and Jessica Neuberger, partner at international law firm Eversheds Sutherland, discuss how this industry embraces culture change.
They look at what we can learn from other sectors that have undergone behavioural and cultural change and assess where the industry is at now. They address whether a nervous industry is a competent industry.
