Stantec appointed to Transport for Greater Manchester Framework
Providing the region with specialist transport services over four years

Stantec has been appointed to Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) Framework to deliver transport professional services to the city and wider region. The Transport Professional Services (TPS) framework is split into 14 strategic and specialist lots and it will be in place over four years.
Stantec has been appointed to three of these lots and will be able to bid to deliver services focusing on integrating intelligent transport systems, developing transport policies, strategies and business cases, and programme and project management.
The Framework will focus on providing Greater Manchester with a wide range of transport projects and programmes to support the region’s climate targets. Greater Manchester aims that by 2040, 50% of all journeys will be made by walking, cycling and public transport, and that the city region will reach net zero by 2038.

Framework suppliers will provide transport services to TfGM and over 30 affiliated and successor organisations including Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Rail North, Transport for the North, Association of Greater Manchester Authorities, Passenger Transport Executive Group, Cheshire West and Chester Council and other participating authorities.
