Stantec opens new London office

Stantec is pleased to announce the opening of its new London office at 80 Turnmill Street. As government restrictions are lifted, the new London base will provide a smart workspace where colleagues and clients can come together to meet, work, and collaborate.

Our new office is in the heart of Farringdon where we have had a presence for over five years now. It’s a thriving community within London and our team has developed great relationships with local industry collaborators.

For the past twelve months Stantec has made use of an agile workspace to give the team a flexible hub to work from, but now a ten-year lease has been signed on the new address demonstrating Stantec’s commitment to the community, our team, and our clients in London.

The new office is located next to Farringdon station, guaranteeing accessibility. While it provides the ideal workspace for people to meet in person, it is equipped to embrace a hybrid way of working so teams can collaborate no matter where they are based. The priority was to establish a successful environment for all, so inclusion, accessibility, and neurodiversity were all significant factors in the creation of the office. As many requirements as possible were considered, including acoustics, colours, transition, and sensory aspects, leading to a collaborative space designed with everyone in mind.

Located in a building that Stantec helped to design, the new office will provide a fitting London base for our inter-disciplinary teams from all areas of the UK business.

Over the years, Stantec has worked across nearly every London borough on high-profile projects including Waltham Forest Town Hall Masterplan, Elephant Park, Kings Cross Central, Agar Grove Estate in Camden, South Thamesmead, and Old Oak Common.
