With a talent for seeing possibilities within organisations, Andy’s management consulting expertise includes financial planning, funding, economic impact analysis, asset management, business case evaluation, life cycle cost analysis, benchmarking, and technology consulting services. He has assisted both public and private agencies in various regulatory and legal proceedings in multiple states and territories. Andy is an active member of the American Water Works Association and an author and presenter for various organizations throughout North America.
While he enjoys golfing and dining in Tampa Bay, Andy most treasures the time he spends with his wife and their two sons across a wide range of sports and outdoor activities.
