Jane is a chartered civil engineer with 20 years of experience in business processes in the water, energy, and transportation sectors in the UK, US, and Middle East. The organisations she has helped include water companies, Sellafield Ltd, and the Manchester Airport Group. Her international experience includes working with the Strategic Programme Management Office for the Government of Jordan and a prime development project in Dubai.
Her engineering background, coupled with her wide exposure to global program, ensures that Jane can rapidly develop processes which meet business requirements—but are also user friendly. In her work with Stellafield, Jane developed a business planning tool to support prioritising spending across their complex £2 billion portfolio. She worked with management and subject experts to develop a multi-criteria decision process to enable the comparison of benefits from diverse projects, giving visibility to make difficult funding choices and provided transparency about the decisions.
