Based out of our High Wycombe office, Becky is the Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing for Stantec UK. There, she has created a programme that focuses on the physical, mental and financial health of over 2,100 employees, based across 23 different offices.
Becky has led transformational change to ensure wellbeing is at the heart of the business, alongside flexibility, trust, authenticity, and compassion. In her position, Becky works alongside the human resources director to develop a programme that will improve inclusivity and diversity across our business, and she’s also creating a UK Inclusion and Diversity Council and Employee Resource Group. Prior to her current role, Becky spent 25 years as a project manager in the water industry, managing a variety of projects of varying sizes and for several different clients, including water companies and research organisations.
Outside of work, Becky loves to spend time with her family and her rescue chocolate labrador. She also keeps fit via yoga and recently discovered Joe Wick’s HIIT classes early in the morning!
