Simon is a civil engineer with over three decades of experience in business and operations management, programme and project management, potable water, wastewater, and infrastructure design. Known for his strong leadership and communication skills, he has a proven record of successful project delivery in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
Today, Simon serves as the regional director for our Midlands and West Water group. He’s responsible for financial performance, delivery of the growth strategy/targets for the business, office management, and the recruitment and resourcing required to meet our client’s requirements. His role covers United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, Welsh Water, Wessex Water, and South West Water and incorporates 12 operational offices including Warrington and Manchester in the north down to Bristol and Exeter in the southwest.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys watching most sports, especially football and rugby, and regularly cycles and attends the gym. He also enjoys pottering in the garden and finds this a great way to relax from his travels.
