Simon joined our team in 1994, and now he leads a team within the Civil Engineering group. He’s a chartered civil engineer and an experienced multidisciplinary project manager. He has extensive experience working with contractors in design and build arrangements and with delivering transport improvement schemes for local authorities. He’s also experienced in the preparation of construction tender and contract documents for highway works and has taken the role of New Engineering Contract (NEC) project manager on construction projects.
His project experience encompasses the local authority, residential, commercial, health, and education sectors, and he’s led our highways and transport framework with The Royal Parks in London for over 10 years of years.
Simon is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), leads our regional liaison with the ICE, and is a supervising civil engineer helping the next generation of engineers and technicians to achieve their professional accreditation.
