Working with our team in Manchester, Michael is a chartered town planner and senior associate. He has extensive consultancy experience, acting for a range of private and public sector clients – this includes national and local housebuilders, strategic land development companies, private landowners and other commercial investors.
Michael has a strong track record of successfully promoting sites through the development plan process and securing planning permission for a wide range of residential, supported living, retail and mixed-use schemes throughout the United Kingdom. He provides commercially astute and robust planning advice at all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial site due diligence through to the planning application and discharge of condition stages. Michael also leads multidisciplinary technical teams in the production of planning applications for all types of development, with particular expertise in residential, supported living and extra care.
Outside of work, Michael has a keen interest in music, travelling and food.
