Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wales College of Cardiff. He’s a chartered member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and has over twenty-seven years of experience—specifically in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
Paul has been with the Company more than twenty years, and he currently serves as a team leader in the Civil Engineering group in Reading, which is part of the Land Development team. They provide consultancy services in all areas of transportation planning and highway engineering.
Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects, often starting at concept stage and then progressing through planning, detailed design, procurement, and construction. This includes schemes such as the Woolwich Town Centre regeneration, Plymouth Coach Station, Wellesley Road public realm improvements, and 2,500 new homes at Kilnwood Vale in Crawley, demonstrating his ability to work for a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
When not at work, Paul likes to spend time with his family enjoying the local countryside either on foot or bicycle. He also enjoys field archery using a traditional English longbow and regularly attends tournaments around the UK.
