Brian leads the Manchester transport team, with responsibility for client communication, working to budgets, delivering to timescales and having the technical requirements to successfully complete projects.
Undertaking a full range of activities, Brian advises on potential issues associated with development schemes and the likelihood of obtaining transportation and highways agreements at the feasibility stage. He also oversees the preparation of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans in support of planning applications and carrying out negotiations with local highway authorities and Highways England. Brian has worked on sites in both the public and private sector (including education, residential, retail, leisure, energy, commercial, mixed use developments, and ports) and acted as expert witness at public inquiries, local hearings and lands tribunals.
When he’s not at work, Brian enjoys football, scuba diving, and travel.
