Trained as a landscape architect, Becky believes the best solutions come from blending community engagement with evidence-based planning.
An associate director in our Urban Design team working across the UK, Becky oversees design codes and provides masterplanning support. She has advised on healthy new towns, led neighbourhood plan support, design codes, and master planning. She’s worked with local groups across the North West, and supported Homes England sites such as Ripon Barracks. She’s also worked on Town Deal programmes including Scarborough and Whitby.
Taking a holistic approach to urban design, Becky understands the importance of biophilic design is to connect people more closely to nature and nature-like design, creating environments that promote health and well-being.
