As a chartered civil engineer, Ross applies nearly two decades of experience delivering infrastructure projects across the UK. His expertise covers engineering of highways, development infrastructure, drainage, active travel networks, and renewable energy developments.
Ross leads multidisciplinary teams through all project stages, from feasibility and detailed design to construction. He also collaborates on active travel (human-powered mobility) projects for local authorities, major transport infrastructure schemes, and public realm regeneration initiatives.
Away from his leadership role, Ross enjoys running across Scotland’s varied landscapes and has completed challenges that include the Ring of Steall Skyrace—a tough mountain-running race in the Scottish Highlands—and the Edinburgh Marathon. This passion aligns with his commitment to sustainable travel and communities.
