Working with our team in Reading, Simon is a director with extensive experience promoting new developments and infrastructure. He’s worked for a variety of developers, land owners and public sector clients, and has wide-ranging experience in the promotion of development sites and infrastructure through both local plans and planning applications.
Simon’s experience includes transport assessments, public inquiries, development master planning, junction design, interchange design, Section 106 negotiations and public consultations. Simon has also worked on a variety of development proposals, including very large-scale housing-led developments, University campus development, hotels, retirement living, shopping, offices, data centre and industrial premises.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys coaching mini rugby, gardening, and reading.
