With over 25 years of experience as a transport planner and a background in land planning, Jeff has led a wide range of projects for both public and private sector clients. He applies a holistic approach to projects and considers the wider impact of transport across the whole network. This enables him to develop sustainable strategies from a wider perspective, focusing on increasing opportunities to travel by a variety of means.
Jeff has prepared numerous large-scale transport assessments in support of a variety of clients for large mixed-use town centre developments, strategic rail freight interchanges, supermarkets, industrial developments, and large and small housing sites. He also represents both private and public sector clients as an expert witness at public and local planning inquiries, informal hearings, and examinations.
When he isn’t creating transport designs, Jeff pursues his passion for most sports. He’s recently taken up golf and is always open to advice and opportunities to improve his game.
