33 Wellington Street Renovation - MEP Design

Walker Morris selected 33 Wellington Street as a new home for their 500-person law firm. They wanted an agile and sustainable workplace, which required significant renovations and refurbishment of the existing space.

Working with DLG Architects and contractor GMI, our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing design services. This included developing a lighting management system with daylight control, LED lighting throughout, a high voltage distribution system, air source heat pumps, and variable refrigerant flow heating and cooling.

The transformed space offers large floor to ceiling windows, three new feature entrances, new lifts, improved building facilities for the occupiers, including cycle and shower facilities. It also includes a landscaped deck with external lighting features to the rear replacing a former podium car park.
