Generating economic development through practical and ecological design

Brandenburg Park is a world-class business park, strategically positioned on the outskirts of Berlin in Germany. Originally developed by TrizecHahn Europe, the 300-hectare mixed-use development includes commercial offices, retail outlets, and hotels as well as warehouse, storage, and distribution facilities. It’s characterised by its attractive and generous landscaping, flexibility, and adaptability.

We’ve been involved in the development of the park from its inception. Working alongside an international team of recognised architects and planners, we performed a comprehensive range of technical feasibility studies, detailed design, construction supervision, and site management services for the scheme—including the adaptation of the development facilities to occupiers needs. Today, around 60% is occupied, and we’ve been retained to look after maintenance and new occupiers.

The result? Germany’s most successful business park: a practical, economical, and ecological development with optimum transport links.
