As Stantec’s national technical lead for marine ecosystems, Andrea has conducted baseline marine research, led permitting for offshore wind and oil and gas projects, and managed recovery planning and monitoring for endangered species.
Ashraf provides expertise in power systems planning and modelling, including steady-state and transient analysis. He also developed an hourly wind forecasting tool based on artificial intelligence, which is now being used by a system operator.

David has worked for over 16 years as a restoration ecologist and professional in biological sciences. He’s managed research, developed monitoring protocols, and commented on permits. His current projects focus on surveys for wind and solar projects.
Senior project manager Eleanor leads large, diverse teams of experts and subconsultants through ecological resource assessments, permitting, mitigation site selection, design, monitoring, and construction oversight—focusing on offshore wind projects.
Based in Pensacola, Florida, Emma is a Certified Fisheries Professional and Certified Wildlife Biologist with experience in onshore and offshore wind developments, oil and gas, deep water ports, solar facilities, parks, and nuclear facilities.
Gabe is a project scientist conducting environmental surveys on energy and infrastructure projects including oil pipelines and wind and solar energy. His project experience includes environmental DNA study design and field sampling.
As a team lead for studies and settings with our power and dams group, Glen creates specialty grounding studies for high voltage substations and transmission lines. He also completes cable ampacity studies for wind farm collector systems.
