Located in wine country, we provide our local farmers and vintners with engineering and surveying services that bring their dreams to fruition. With the growing agricultural economy, Santa Maria Valley population continues to increase. Our geomatics, civil engineering, and construction management expertise helps developers and local agencies keep up with the housing and infrastructure demands.
A few of our long-term development projects includes Rice Ranch—Santa Barbara County’s largest residential development; assisting Laguna County Sanitation District with a 16-mile recycled water disposal pipeline designed for Santa Maria Energy’s cyclic steaming processes (who says you can’t kill two birds with one stone?); and providing Rosser International and the County of Santa Barbara with civil design for the new County jail facility.
Beyond Santa Maria, we’ve brought City of Paso Robles into ADA compliance, provided Vandenberg Air Force Base with two new 4MG potable water tanks, and managed Allan Hancock College’s pavement maintenance program. An outdoorsy group that enjoys soaking up the sun, we love to run, cycle, and enjoy Santa Maria Style-renowned BBQ.
