Thousand Oaks, California
Welcome to Thousand Oaks
It’s not unusual to find a row of wet suits drying out back at our office. After all, our Thousand Oaks office is 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean. From surfing and ultimate Frisbee, to rock climbing and coaching our kids’ baseball teams—we’re an adventurous team of environmentalists, hydrogeologists, geologists, biologists, land planners, and engineers who live, work, and play in our community.
Our services may include environmental compliance, management, and remediation, as well as land engineering and planning, but it’s our passion for keeping our water and land clean and safe that drives us to do what we do.
Knowing that our work has a lasting impact on our environment, we’re diligent about responsible cleaning procedures, implementing smart fixes, and delivering for our clients and community!
Jared Varonin, Principal, Biologist
It’s fulfilling to help our clients achieve their goals while minimizing or eliminating the impacts to surrounding natural resources.

Meeting difficult challenges is what I do—from streamlining approvals for complex projects to protecting communities during emergencies.
Andrew Devries, Environmental EIT
Water supply and sanitation are essential for society to thrive—our work as water engineers underpins access to this crucial infrastructure.
