Nigar plays a leading role with our fleet of project managers on our dynamic international development team. Her personal background began in Azerbaijan and led her to the United States and finally, Belgium, where she currently resides. This has given Nigar a deep understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of numerous cultures—an immense benefit while dealing with different stakeholders and experts with various backgrounds. She is also fluent in English, Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Russian.
In her roles on the LIFE (Assistance and Technical Support for the Evaluation of LIFE Proposals) and WECOOP (Central Asia Water, Environment and Climate Change Cooperation) projects, Nigar has had the opportunity to utilize her result-oriented character and organizational skills to implement projects and deliver outputs that meet client expectations. She is well-adept at managing large networks of partners and stakeholders from all around the Europe and Central Asia.
When not busy planning a major event for one of her projects or doing a last check on a logistical overview plan, you can find Nigar practicing piano, painting, or enjoying outdoor activities with her friends.
