Working from our Bremerton, Washington Field Office, Jim provides leadership and oversight of military construction projects in the Pacific Northwest and Asia regions, utilizing his established professional relationships within the government.
Jim has nearly four decades of experience executing complex infrastructure projects to the U.S. Pacific Fleet—from design concept to facility acceptance—while serving as a career federal government employee and as a federal contractor. He’s capable of assessing executability from the customer, the construction contractor, and the contract management role, coupled with a shipyard mission and reactor plant safety perspective. Notably, Jim coordinated delivery of the Dry Dock 4/Pier 3 Modernization project to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard during execution of a submarine refueling overhaul and oversaw a seismic upgrade to Building 850A while the nuclear engineering workforce occupied the building.
When he’s not working, Jim enjoys motorcycle riding around the Pacific Northwest and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
