As a United States federal government contracts professional, financial acquisitions executive, and US Navy Sailor, Mark has over 20 years of experience creating efficiencies and providing meaningful solutions to his clients.
In his position, Mark is focused on leading a high-performing, dynamic team of contracting professionals to provide federal contract management, financial management, business system compliance, audit support, and federal rate structure services. Before joining the Company, Mark served as the director of contracts for the Defense Contract Management Agency where he led and mentored a diverse, dynamic workforce and customers. He managed a workforce of 74 supervisors, contracting officers, administrators, and price/cost analysts responsible for a workload of 14,000 contracts valued at $290 billion across 3 contract management offices.
Mark resides in Tampa, Florida, with his wife, Rhonda, and beagle, Doyle, and is a proud “girl dad” of two daughters and three grandchildren. He enjoys his time at the beach almost as much as a round of golf.
