John thrives on big projects that impact whole communities. However, his greatest concern is for the individual and how these projects impact individual lives, lifestyles, and livelihoods. With a background in both local government and the private development industry, John brings a unique perspective to his work and designs with the end user in mind, to ensure quality outcomes for the environments where we live, work, and play.
John has worked in the civil and urban development industry for the last 10 years, specialising in the end-to-end delivery of a broad range of complex engineering and land development projects. As a proud product of the Snowy Mountains, John is a strong advocate for regional development and effectively leverages his network of associates to solve local problems and deliver well considered solutions. He has an extensive portfolio of successful projects in the fields of land development, civil and municipal design, transport infrastructure, strategic landuse planning, infrastructure analysis, sports-field design, and urban renewal.
In his spare time, John will usually be found tinkering in his workshop, or trying to finish his seemingly never-ending list of home renovations.
