A regional director, Jean-François has nearly 20 years of experience in municipal infrastructure engineering. He oversees the coordination of engineering projects in the Chaudière-Appalaches and Eastern Townships regions in Quebec.
As our regional sector leader in Quebec for Dams & Hydropower, Jean-René leads our structural and mechanical team distributed across five offices. He has expertise in FEA, planning rehabilitation projects, and managing projects.

Supporting teams across North America, Jeannine is a director of commercial risk governance focused on developing risk and mitigation strategies for some of the largest contractors in Canada.
Jef is a project specialist with experience in the coal mining industry as a production planning, ventilation, and long-range planning engineer. He currently works with clients to create site-specific strategic plans to meet their demanding targets.
Jeff draws from his 14 years in the environmental consulting industry when managing the permitting, route development and construction compliance of new oil and gas pipelines.
Jeff is a civil engineer and business center practice leader with Stantec’s Water group in Regina. He’s passionate about sustainable design and the impact engineering has on the life cycle costs of infrastructure.
Jeff’s expertise spans across the U.S. from designing large anchors for stabilization at Bluestone Dam in West Virginia to performing seismic analysis at Canton Dam in Oklahoma.
