As the city of New Bedford grows, the need for coordinated, efficient, and sustainable parking management has become apparent. So, the Commonwealth, City, and New Bedford Port Authority initiated a parking study and engaged Stantec to collaborate.
To accommodate rising traffic demands in Logan, Stantec completed the detailed design of New Beith Road Stage 3—to propose raising New Beith Road and the roundabout at the intersection of Spring Mountain Drive and Pub Lane to curb flooding events.
When the City of Raleigh set out to support sustainable transit and address equity issues along four distinct corridors, our team was there to help along the way.
We provided multidisciplinary engineering technical support under the Homes England framework to remove site constraints and secure planning for 762 homes on a proposed development in Digbeth, Birmingham.

The New Caney Independent School District Natatorium is a collegiate facility serving up to three high school swimming and diving programs. Stantec provided architecture and interior design to elevate the swimmer and spectator aquatics experience.
Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS), working with Infrastructure Delivery Partners Group, engaged us to provide design services for a new bus layover and improved connections to the layover and interchange.
Our structural engineers designed the steelwork for the redevelopment of New Covent Garden Market, a landmark multiphased project and the largest scheme in the Nine Elms opportunity area.
