Cody is Stantec’s Passive House lead for North America and a building enclosures consultant. He oversees all projects pursuing Passive House building certification through the Passive House Institute (PHI) or Passive House Institute US (Phius).
As practice lead, Cody has experience managing and performing process mechanical designs on wastewater projects including processes such as deammonification, sidestream enhanced biological phosphorous removal, and peracetic acid disinfection.
As national technical lead for freshwater ecosystems, Cody is an aquatic ecologist, restoration specialist, and consultant with a reputation for executing well-designed study plans and delivering scientifically defensible work products.
A senior civil engineer and project manager, Cody focuses on aviation infrastructure—airfield engineering and airport design—across eastern New York and western New England for both larger airports and smaller general aviation and regional airports.
As an Innovation & Technology lead in Stantec’s Mining, Minerals and Metals business line, Cody oversees the development of innovative business opportunities and technology partnerships.
Known to be curious and creative, Coen is responsible for managing the Soil Risk Map Helpdesk team. Based in the Netherlands, he’s also the Innovation lead for the Developing Professionals Group (DPG).
Coert leads the electrical team for New Zealand Buildings—working with clients across the country to design complex health and data centre projects that leave a positive impact.
Cole is Stantec’s Canada West mammal specialist. He uses autonomous recording devices, trail cameras, and other survey techniques. Working on the Lynn Lake Gold Project in northwestern Manitoba, he identified previously undocumented woodland caribou.
