With over 15 years of experience, Steven is a structural engineer who focuses on planning and conducting bridge, dam, and mass transit infrastructure inspections and designing bridges and mass transit facilities.
Steve designs and constructs new water, wastewater, and water-reuse treatment facilities—everything from treatment processes and site layouts for greenfield construction to the rehabilitation of existing treatment processes and pumping stations.
