As a project manager and civil engineer, Chuck is a driven problem-solver who tackles complex challenges and finds practical solutions for his municipal clients across the state.
Assisting with early identification of environmental issues, Chuck’s a certified professional soil scientist working with clients and regulatory services to develop safe solutions for projects that avoid or minimize impact on resources and land use.
Chuck has over 36 years of experience in engineering planning, design, and construction observation for land development projects. He has coordinated several hundred projects for local municipal, county, state and federal governments.
Although Chuck has worked on industrial structures, bridges, and bulk material handling facilities in his 28 years of engineering, his main focus is on the project management and design of liquefied natural gas terminals and related infrastructure.
Cillian is a principal geographic information system (GIS) analyst in our Wellington team—helping clients interpret and utilize their data to make their communities safer. He brings a decade of experience in GIS to our Water team’s diverse projects.
