Advancing solutions to reduce climate risk
Climate change mitigation refers to greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions and enhancement of the capacity of GHG sinks to limit climate change. It is an essential pillar for climate action and economic growth of, for example, the European Union’s Clean Industrial Deal. We support clients in the preparation of low-emission strategies, strengthening monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) systems, the identification of mitigation measures across multiple sectors, the preparation of investments and of carbon pricing systems.Enabling cleaner industry through innovation
With the Clean Industrial Deal, the EU targets 90% emissions cuts by 2040 and net-zero by 2050. Clean industry programmes like this are essential for decarbonization, pollution reduction and resource efficiency objectives. It also offers opportunities for ecosystem restoration, and carbon sequestration. We provide services in coastal zone land-use planning, and we support regional cooperation programs on blue economy, assess opportunities for blue economy and aquaculture, and identify possible investment opportunities in the sector.Turning sustainable finance into real world impact
Delivering the green transition depends on mobilizing and structuring large-scale sustainable investment funding and redirecting capital towards environmentally and socially responsible activities. We support the identification, preparation and financial structuring of green investment projects aligned with initiatives such as EU Global Gateway, capacity building for access to climate and green finance sources, the operation of sustainable finance facilities, and the integration of sustainable finance principles in lending operations.
