A project manager and civil engineer, Olivia has worked on a range of projects, from small data processing and analytics to managing the wellfield replacement strategy teams and then overseeing detailed design and construction. Olivia is also the deputy panel lead for Wellington Water in New Zealand.
An excellent communicator, Olivia is set apart from others with her ability to lead teams—she builds strong relationships with clients and can solve issues quickly. She works well under pressure and is known to have a pragmatic approach. In addition to her role as project manager, Olivia is the lead for our Developing Professionals Group (DPG) in New Zealand. In that position, she works to implement a calendar of activities, events, and sessions that help others grow in their careers.
Outside of work, Olivia loves to spend time with friends and family. She enjoys skiing in the winter and plays competitive hockey. In the summer, you’ll almost always find her on the beach.
