Stantec appointed to the Your Housing Group professional services framework

Your Housing Group has appointed Stantec to its professional services framework, a selected group of consultants it will ask to deliver specialist utility services over the next four years.

Through the framework, Stantec will have the opportunity to provide Your Housing Group with all elements of specialist utility resources, including surveys and investigations, diversions, risk assessments, new supplies, resource mapping, strategy development, policy advice, acquisition negotiations, financial modelling, value optioneering and procurement.

Your Housing Group is a new generation of housing provider widely regarded for its expertise in regeneration. With more than 28,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands, they have a large and diverse portfolio with plans to build a minimum of 1,000 homes a year, invest in sustainable communities and develop their Private Rented Sector and offers innovative offers such as Nuvu Living. Your Housing Group were impressed with the technical expertise and commerciality demonstrated in Stantec’s proposal.
