Stantec opens new London office
A new agile, collaborative and smart workspace in the heart of Farringdon

Stantec has today opened a new London hub which will provide a smart space for colleagues and clients to meet, collaborate, mentor, design, and innovate.
We’re very happy to be opening the doors to our new London workspace. Farringdon is a dynamic, thriving area and we’re delighted to be able to provide a new hub for our people at the very heart of this London district.
Stantec has had an office in Farringdon for over four years and the team has built strong relationships with many of the industry collaborators who are also based the area. The new hub is located close to Farringdon station, guaranteeing accessibility to make it easier for people and clients to come together.
The lease on our previous office expired as we went into lockdown so we took the opportunity to find the right location for our business but also for our people. We asked them what they wanted from their workspace and they made it clear they wanted the flexibility to be productive; sometimes working from home, sometimes visiting clients, sometimes meeting with colleagues.
In response, Stantec has taken a short-term lease on a serviced workspace to give our people the collaborative hub they need while remaining agile and able to respond to the requirements of the time. The situation will be closely monitored and reviewed regularly over the coming months to guarantee it provides the solution we need.
Over the years, Stantec has worked across nearly every London borough on high-profile projects including Lewisham Gateway, Elephant Park, Agar Grove Estate in Camden, South Thamesmead, Old Oak Common in West London, and Battersea Power Station.
