Having worked both locally and internationally, Elle believes cooperative approaches deliver outstanding solutions for both clients and the communities we serve. She’s passionate about encouraging others to view the acoustic environment as a resource to be valued and places an emphasis on enhancing the experience of the places people inhabit or traverse.
Elle has extensive experience collaborating on a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors on a local, regional, national, and international scale. These include landmark projects such as the Atlassian Headquarters, Sydney Opera House, Channel Tunnel Rail Link (HS1) and the Beijing National Swimming Centre (Watercube). She understands and considers the competing pressures of other disciplines and is strongly motivated to arrive at truly integrated acoustic design solutions—Elle’s focus is always on delivering design with social value and community in mind.
With a passion for seeking nuance in experience, Elle loves to travel. She also enjoys yoga and staying fit, believing that a wide range of movement is one of the secrets to a full life.
