Based in Leeds, Martyn has over 20 years of experience in client-facing, service delivery roles, combining excellent interpersonal skills with strong team leadership. With a background predominantly in the water sector, he’s supported clients across a broad range of disciplines, from strategic planning to project and programme management of operational initiatives. Martyn also has experience in root cause analysis of process failures and commercial management of capital investment infrastructure programmes.
Martyn has significant experience in both commission management and line management of embedded consultant teams, as well as being involved in producing, reviewing, reporting, and advising on management information and programme performance. His focus is on ensuring clients use data to align activities with outcomes; ensuring attention and investment are directed where the biggest benefits can be realized.
