Michael has over 20 years of experience in urban design, masterplanning, and regeneration, delivering complex, community-focussed schemes across the UK. As an urban design director with our Community Development team, he combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery to shape viable, place-specific solutions that align with planning and infrastructure dynamics.
Aiming to unlock long-term value and supporting inclusive growth, Michael’s approach integrates early-stage visioning, engagement with key parties, and sustainable design. He draws on his experience across new settlements, urban extensions, brownfield regeneration, and design-led engagement to lead multidisciplinary teams and co-create solutions that reflect identity and placemaking goals.
Outside of work and when not running after his kids, Michael loves going to gigs, watching Liverpool FC, and using his pizza oven.
